I have no engineering experience, can I still apply?

We welcome applications from people with no engineering experience.
Even if you don't have any experience, you can take your first step as an engineer by taking advantage of the training program at our affiliated schools and our extensive skill improvement support system. Also, many of these senior engineers are active in our company.
Q
How long does it take to get a job offer after I apply?
A
The flow of the application process is as follows: document screening, first interview, final interview, and job offer.
The earliest we can receive your application is about one week.

About Joining

Can you adjust my joining date?
A
Yes, you can. During the selection process, the recruiter will ask you about your preferences and the status of your job search and make adjustments.

What is the process from the time you join the company to the time you are assigned?
A
For those joining as engineers, we will conduct introductory training at each location. In parallel, we will select the company to which you will be assigned and conduct interviews with you. After a week of preparation, you will be assigned to the site.

Will I be the only one assigned to my new destination? Do you have senior employees?
A
In some cases, you may be assigned to a single person, however, inexperienced employees will be assigned to a workplace where they will be supervised by a senior colleague. Your skills will be followed up by your sales representative, and even after you are assigned to the company, your sales representative will visit or call you to discuss the situation, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

The nms group includes EMS companies that provide contract manufacturing of electronic equipment and electronic equipment repair services, as well as design, development, and manufacture of in-vehicle equipment and components. How do you decide where to work?

Is there any overtime?

Depending on where you are assigned, the average is 20 hours per month.
Overtime will be paid in full.

Is there a dormitory or company housing system? What happens if I move again due to a transfer?
A
If you are assigned to an area where you cannot commute from home, you will rent a dormitory at the company.
There are no restrictions on age or years of service. The company will pay a part of the dormitory fee. The company will pay part of the dormitory fees, including moving expenses and relocation expenses.
*You will be responsible for part of the rent and utilities costs.

Is there a retirement age?

The retirement age is 65 years old.
If you wish to work after 65, please consult with us separately.

Will you perform year-end adjustments?
A
As a general rule, if you have a salary to be paid in December, we will perform a year-end adjustment.

Can I get a deduction for local taxes?
A
Deduction. As a rule, the payer (the company) deducts resident tax from the employee's salary You are required to pay for it.

Can I get a medical checkup?

You are required to have an annual physical exam free of charge.
